Not so good, not so bad

I had a decent day. I almost finished with my flagship blog, which I will unveil tomorrow. It’s very opinionated. The information is gold if you are the right type of person. It is blasphemy if you are another type of reader. The perfect mixture to stir things up about a bit.

I have to say that time flies. Sometimes you hit snags and it may be so minor, but it takes a couple of hours. I guess it’s all part of the learning process. The next time would be 10 times faster.

Another thing I did new is get myself to wake up at 6:00 AM everyday. Actually, that’s not completely true. 6:00 AM is when my new alarm clock starts. It’s a fancy setup, or so I like to believe.

Its basically my laptop serving as an audio player for with an alarm tool that plays a music playlist at 6:00 AM. I setup speakers on either side of my bed. The real special part is the actual music I am playing. It is not ordinary music as it is specially created to make sure I get a quick, but natural wake up. It plays classical music with special wavering, which is something my brain will pick up at match. I think it’s all about the frequencies in your brain. You can check it out at www.getimusic.com.

I woke up just fine with it. I think I slept through about 20 minutes of music before I actually woke up, but it was a very gradual way of waking up. No stupid alarm clock blasting in your ears that just makes you want to destroy it.

My energy levels throughout the day has been just fine, which is great since I thought I would be groggy from waking up so early.

Anyway, I need to wrap this up because I need to write a post over at bytedu.com to fulfill my desire to post there and here once a day.

Just curious. On first impression, do you think the imusic concept is far fetched and I’m being duped or… are you running off to the site to check it out?

Peace out,

Carl

the imusic concept is dead on accurate. I put lots of time and effort when I mix my workout songs and playlists, because the music definitely changes my brain waves and allows me to push through otherwise unbearable pain. Without my iPod and ecclectic music collection I wouldnt be in the best shape of my life, guaranteed.

Send me your wakeup song if you get a chance, and I posted a new review on my blog and will be posting about DVORACK later today or tomorrow.

    Peace,
    Powers.
